Helping bring Sub Same Day to life.
Led cross-functional launch and expansion coordination across 20+ stakeholder groups. Served as lead program manager for a sustainability initiative launching the network’s first net-carbon-zero SSD facility. Project tools contributed to 98% on-time task completion across 2022 projects.
Led emergency sourcing of 93 million sanitizing wipe and spray equivalents for Amazon and Whole Foods locations. Developed COVID-19 sanitation and contact-reporting SOPs for more than 200 facilities.

Turning moving parts into coordinated programs.
Supported contract launches, workforce readiness, standard work, and change management across six defense contracts, including work supporting Project Kuiper and RTX/Raytheon programs.

Meet Angela
Serious about the work. Grounded in people.
I’m Angela Yarbrough, an Army veteran and former Amazon Senior Program Manager with more than 16 years of experience in logistics and operations. I hold a master’s degree in Logistics and Transportation with a focus on Maritime Engineering—combining an understanding of supply chains with hands-on experience moving complex work forward.
My career began in Army medical logistics, including cold-chain vaccine support following the Haiti earthquake. At Amazon, I led senior program management work in Sub Same Day launch and expansion, with additional experience across procurement, Prime, and R&D support. I later brought that experience to aerospace and defense programs.
I understand supply chains, but I also know that expertise is only useful when it makes sense to you. I translate roadblocks into plain language, connect the people and processes involved, and help you see what to do next—without adding more complexity.
